- Login to your client area at https://hostingground.com/clients/clientarea.php
- Click on Services > My Services link in the toolbar on the client area.
- Click on the arrow next to the View Details button in the same line as the service you wish to upgrade, and select Upgrade/Downgrade from the drop-down menu.
- Select the payment interval and click on the Choose Product button, next to the service to which you want to upgrade.
- You can also click on the View Details button itself, and select Upgrade/Downgrade from the Managemnt Actions menu on the next page.
- Enter any promotional code you may have. choose the payment method, and click on Click to Continue button to move to the the payment process.
